A. EXERCISE PROGRAM MANAGEMENT AND NATIONAL EXERCISE PROGRAM
IMPLEMENTATION ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES, COMDTINST 3500.6
1. THIS ALCOAST ANNOUNCES THE RELEASE OF REF (A) DATED 11 AUGUST
2010.
2. THIS INSTRUCTION ESTABLISHES POLICY, ASSIGNS RESPONSIBILITIES, AND
PROVIDES ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE FOR UNITED STATES COAST GUARD
(USCG) EXERCISE PROGRAM MANAGEMENT. IT ESTABLISHES EXPECTATIONS FOR
PARTICIPATION IN THE NATIONAL EXERCISE PROGRAM (NEP).
3. ALL CG UNIT COMMANDERS, COMMANDING OFFICERS, OFFICERS-IN-CHARGE,
DEPUTY/ASSISTANT COMMANDANTS, AND CHIEFS OF HQ STAFF ELEMENTS SHALL
COMPLY WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THIS INSTRUCTION.
4. NO PRIOR DIRECTIVES ARE AFFECTED.
5. REF (A) IS POSTED ON THE CG DIRECTIVES SYSTEM WEBPAGE AT
