1. A NEW IT1 PERFORMANCE QUALIFICATION GUIDE (PQG) (VERSION 0180-2)
AND IT2 PQG (VERSION 0280-2) ARE AVAILABLE VIA THE LEARNING PORTAL AT
HTTPS://LEARNING.USCG.MIL. HARDCOPY (IT) PQG MATERIALS WILL NOT BE
ISSUED BY THE INSTITUTE. THE IT1 AND IT2 END OF COURSE TEST (EOCT)
ARE AVAILABLE FOR ORDERING FROM THE CG INSTITUTE. THESE PQGS ARE
BASED ON THE LATEST ENLISTED PERFORMANCE QUALIFICATIONS (EPQ) FORM,
CG-3303C-IT (REV. 03-2009). THE (IT) EPQ FORM, IT1 PQG, AND IT2 PQG
ARE AVAILABLE ON THE LEARNING PORTAL. IAW REF (A), EPQS MUST BE
COMPLETED PRIOR TO TAKING ANY RATE TRAINING EOCT.
2. COMPLETION OF THE NEW IT1 AND IT2 PQG WILL BE REQUIRED FOR
PARTICIPATION IN THE NOV 2011 ACTIVE DUTY AND OCT 2012 RESERVE
SERVICE WIDE EXAM (SWE) CYCLES IAW REF (B). TO ENROLL IN THE NEW IT1
OR IT2 EOCT, CONTACT YOUR EDUCATION SERVICES OFFICER.
