...BURST OF SNOW FOLLOWED BY GUSTY WINDS THIS MORNING...
A BURST OF SNOW WILL MOVE ACROSS THE NIAGARA FRONTIER THIS MORNING
BETWEEN 7 AND 8AM AND DROP A QUICK 1 INCH OR SO ACROSS THE BUFFALO
METRO AREA. BEHIND THIS BURST...SNOW WILL END FOR SEVERAL HOURS
EXCEPT TOWARD THE SOUTHTOWNS WHERE ADDITIONAL LAKE EFFECT SNOW
WILL MAY FALL. AFTER THE SNOW ENDS HOWEVER...ALL AREAS WILL
EXPERIENCE INCREASING WINDS THIS MORNING WHICH WILL CREATE BLOWING
AND DRIFTING SNOW CONDITIONS. SOME WINDS COULD GUST HAS HIGH AS 40
MPH. TRAVEL WILL BE IMPACTED FOR THE MORNING COMMUTE WITH SNOW
COVERED ROADS OVER BOTH PRIMARY AND SECONDARY ROADWAYS...SO ALLOW
EXTRA TIME TO REACH YOUR DESTINATION.
