ESPECIALLY THE GENESEE VALLEY...FINGER LAKES REGION AND NIAGARA AND ORLEANS COUNTIES. * TIMING...LATE THURSDAY MORNING THROUGH LATE THURSDAY AFTERNOON. * TEMPERATURES...IN THE 90S...WITH READINGS APPROACHING 100 IN THE GENESEE VALLEY/ROCHESTER AREA AS WELL AS NIAGARA/ORLEANS COUNTIES. * HEAT INDEX VALUES...FROM NEAR 100 NEAR LAKE ERIE AND EAST OF LAKE ONTARIO TO BETWEEN 105 AND 110 GENESEE VALLEY.
